[Dissent]

Audiovisual cartography that shows the traces of dissent in Mexico City. The project is a permanent record of the urban environment and signs of autonomy in the city, including documentation of political demonstrations, housing movements, student and worker struggles, as well as less obvious political acts, such as those linked to economic and cultural activities that coexist in the city. The presence of the rural is also important in this record, not only because it reflects the origins of Mexico City’s population, but also because its very existence is a sign of resistance, of the rural over the urban.
